13:45 watmm Hey, i'm wondering if anyone has any experience with the Pound proxy (or preferably it's more modern "Hitch" clone) and whether it's faster than using FortiGate for TLS termination?
13:48 esolitos I used Pond for a while as SSL termination, however I had to switch to nginx because (funny eough) they weren’t able to keep up updates on SSL bugs.

13:48 esolitos However I have no direct answer to your question, just a bad experience with Pound. :)
13:49 watmm Yes i want to use Hitch myself, but bosses be like "but pound works"
13:53 esolitos hehe
13:54 esolitos Well, the argument “it doesn’t keep SSL updated” for a ssl-termiation is quite strong. imho. :D
13:55 esolitos good luck, see ya!
13:56 watmm ciao
