09:34 jonalv Gpox: Do you have things left to fix with jchempaint?
09:36 Gpox Havn't realy lookt at it so probably yes
09:37 jonalv Gpox: okey, Bagarn seems to have found a bug....
09:37 Gpox ok
09:40 kljo2893 left #bioclipse

12:30 egonw jonalv, Gpox, olass: still waiting for the extra memory for my laptop
12:31 egonw cannot easily boot eclipse for bioclipse while doing other stuff...
12:31 egonw got the ping on the gist manager though...
12:31 jonalv egonw: was it new for you?
12:31 jonalv or rather
12:31 jonalv is it news for you?
12:32 egonw that there is something wrong with the gist manager...
12:32 egonw yes
12:32 jonalv oki
12:32 egonw I thought hudson was running the unit tests
12:32 jonalv I haven't looked into it
12:32 * jonalv is also mainly doing other things
12:33 jonalv egonw: yea, good point...
12:34 egonw then again... none of the test suites are building right now
12:34 jonalv oh I see
13:32 Bagarn How do you download new features to Bioclipse (I've forgotten…)
13:33 egonw Help -> ...
13:47 Bagarn The help don't help me… If I remembered it I use File > Import. Then you choose the source "Repositories from GitHub"… But then…?
13:55 egonw oh, when running from within Eclipse...
13:55 egonw I never use that approach... but should work too, indeed
13:56 egonw I always use the command line to checkout from GitHub
13:56 egonw and then import an 'existing project' in Eclipse instead
13:57 Bagarn The I thiknk I need is the URI to doawnload from...
13:57 Bagarn *think
13:57 egonw just browse the list at: github.com/bioclipse
13:58 egonw all projects there have the same kind of git URL
13:58 egonw just substitute bioclipse.foo by bioclipse.bar
13:58 Gpox Yes import -> git then clone and put in the uri form github
13:58 Gpox then continue with the import by clicking next
14:01 Gpox egonw: it is possilbe to use this aproache even whey you check them out from the command line, just add instead of clone the repo and you can simply import all the projects from that repo into the workspace
14:01 Gpox you get the option to use egit or command line for the repo, and adding new projects is simplified
14:11 Bagarn thanks. =)
14:54 jonalv Gpox: I was just in trying to help Bagarn, seems it was impossible to change which features to start from the product like we used to?
14:54 jonalv Gpox: in the end I found something in the run config for chaning that
14:54 jonalv Gpox: are we not edititing the product any longer?
15:04 Gpox right now I am changing the product and platform feature to get it to build right with p2. Right now running the bioclipse.product with the platform feature + any other feature you want to have should include the same thing as running it from the product.
15:06 jonalv Gpox: you lost me
15:07 jonalv Gpox: you saying that it should work as usual or that something has changed?
15:19 Gpox well it is 3.7 so some things might have changed, running certain features is newish and works.
