20:51 ptl yeah, but what about messing with all the concepts and modules of bioperl to try and make such a game? that would an interesting puzzle on itself.
20:53 ptl let's, say, an adventure game where to beat the first boss you'd have to find the best alignment that would result in an evolutionary correct dendrogram using Maximum Likelihood for a Particular set of taxon.
