00:01 dnewkirk It's an online database with expression, phenotype, and genotype information for a number of different mouse strains that enables one to examine expression quantitative trait loci, or regions of genomic DNA linked to specific expression patterns and phenotypes.

00:03 dnewkirk I have a python script that makes the necessary queries for me, but I was curious to see if the bioperl methods would be better (and potentially faster).
