17:04 eblume Hi - I'm trying to grab bioperl from CVS as instructed by the Ensembl web server installation instructions, and I'm getting an error indicating that the server's /tmp directory is full.
17:04 eblume Does anyone know how I can contact a sysadmin to get them to free up some space?
17:05 eblume Or, alternately, does anyone know where I can get a mirrored copy of bioperl-release-1-2-3 ?
17:16 CIA-95 bioperl-run: Chris Fields master * r97f73d6 / t/BWA.t : move to tempfiles for cleanup - http://bit.ly/dyj5eo

17:45 CIA-95 bioperl-run: Chris Fields master * rfe11959 / (t/Bowtie.t t/Samtools.t): move tests over to tempfile use (tmpdir not being cleaned up) - http://bit.ly/cnir2o
17:48 eblume Sounds like something is happening related to the tempfiles - thanks :)
17:49 eblume Oh, guess not, that looks like just code changes.
17:49 pyrimidine eblume: ?
17:50 pyrimidine oh
17:51 pyrimidine eblume: you should post something to the ensembl mail list on that (getting bioperl 1.2.3).
17:52 pyrimidine eblume: But, realize bioperl is way beyond that version now.  We're at v. 1.6.1, so get on their case about updating to the latest.
17:53 pyrimidine ok, then
