04:35 mark___ Can anyone point me in the right direction how to search for intergenic regions in the BioSQL database with the help of BioPerl ?

16:30 scottcain dbolser: Installed OpenID on the dev gmod server, and it seems to work, though I had to modify your cp command (noted on the Talk page).  Thanks!
16:34 scottcain Too quick with the "Thanks"  Doing the same on the prod server resulted in this: Warning: require_once(PEAR.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/lib/mediawiki/extensions/OpenID/DatabaseConnection.php on line 4
16:34 scottcain Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'PEAR.php' (include_path='/var/lib/mediawiki:/var/lib/mediawiki/includes:/var/lib/mediawiki/languages:/var/lib/mediawiki/extensions/OpenID/:.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /var/lib/mediawiki/extensions/OpenID/DatabaseConnection.php on line 4
16:45 dbolser scottcain: sounds like a missing dep
16:46 scottcain dbolser: OK, gmod.org works again--so much for having the production machine mirror the dev machine, it was missing php-pear.
16:47 dbolser :D
16:47 dbolser nice logos?
16:48 dbolser btw, did you run "php maintanance/update.php"? you should do that to get the right openID tabels in the DB
16:53 dbolser looks good scotty!
16:56 scottcain I did run the update script; without it, the login page appears correctly, but the login will fail.  I'm much happier with it like this.
17:01 * scottcain just realized he was writing in #bioperl, not #gmod.  Oops, sorry about that!
17:03 scottcain Though I suppose it's not as bad as what I did yesterday: thinking I was deleting an old temporary file from the GMOD sourceforge site, I instead deleted the current release of the Sequence Ontology from the SO SF site.  That's a pretty big oops.

23:58 jhannah rbuels: i accidentally deleted a remote branch. I can't just create a .git/refs/heads file and push again, can I?
