14:20 Ulti is there any way to check if a file/string is a valid FASTA sequence /before/ getting an exception thrown by BioSeqIO ?
14:21 Ulti I am having a really hard time actually catching the exception in my code embedded in the Mojolicious web framework
14:21 Ulti it feels way too drastic to be sending die for this
14:25 leont You can't know without parting the whole thing
14:26 Ulti its more I want an error which isnt an exception
14:27 Ulti I dont really care if I parse twice
14:27 Ulti and I really dont want to write yet another FASTA parser function, I'll just forget to include ignoring ;comment-lines or something ;)
