17:44 carandraug pyrimidine: I was looking into inlining the DTD into the xml files and now have a perl script to do it. I think it would be better if the test files could all be generated automatically.  Do you happen to have the code that generated them?
18:08 pyrimidine carandraug: do you mean the individual tool test files and XMLs?
18:08 pyrimidine carandraug: we could simply remove the DTD URL in the example files if that works.
18:13 carandraug pyrimidine: removing also fixes it but if the code currently downloads the DTD to validate the xml, would be nicer if the test also did it. Because of that, I think it's better to inline it.
18:19 pyrimidine carandraug: works for me.  We can possibly apply this patch to the repo and push a new release out.
18:22 carandraug pyrimidine: answering your previous questions, yes, I mean the xml files in t/data/eutils which are used in the testsuite
18:24 pyrimidine carandraug: I don't have the scripts to generate those; I agree it would be better to generate those automatically.
18:25 pyrimidine carandraug: can you add an issue to the repo re: this?  I could probably work on this a bit, but will take a little time.
