08:20 egonw :)
08:20 egonw yeah, just some basic stuff
08:21 rojasm One time we will not distinguish any more it is real or no
08:21 egonw she says that to everyone
08:21 rojasm ach so
08:21 rojasm I thought she control the time that you are not in chat

08:35 zarah olass was last seen 9 h 11 m 3 s ago in #bioclipse saying 'egonw: around?'

11:10 rojasm I created a new branch cloned from cheminfbenchmark
11:10 rojasm with console I try to use the command
11:14 rojasm git clone git"github.com:miguelrojasch/cheminfbenchmark.git
11:15 rojasm but it gives me errors with
11:15 rojasm Permission deneid (publickey)
11:15 rojasm someone knows way.
11:15 rojasm it is public already
11:35 egonw did you upload your public ssh key?
11:36 egonw btw, the public git clone should look like:
11:36 egonw git clone git://github.com/egonw/cheminfbenchmark.git
11:36 egonw ummm
11:36 egonw but then yours :=
11:37 egonw but then yours :)
11:37 egonw git clone git://github.com/miguelrojasch/cheminfbenchmark.git

11:44 maclean I should really sign up to cdk-users, I suppose.
11:44 CIA-62 cdk: egonw * r14153 /cdk/branches/cdk-1.2.x/build.xml: Updated for annotation and ioformats
11:44 egonw yes, all developers are actually expected to be subscribed to both lists :)
11:44 egonw -devel an -user
11:45 egonw this ensures that a email to -user does not need to be sent to -devel seperately
11:45 maclean fair enough
11:46 maclean by the way, egonw : if there's anything else missing from the new jcp that was in the old, do file bug reports. I've finished many of shk3's
11:47 egonw ah... ok, here are a few ones we need for metabolomics:
11:47 egonw radical and lone pair drawing
11:47 egonw for the rest... multiple external selections
11:47 egonw electron movement comes to mind...
11:48 maclean yes, multiple selections - I think that's important
11:48 maclean and radical/lone pair should be easy
11:48 egonw radical/LP would be /very/ welcome
12:28 CIA-62 cdk: egonw * r14154 /cdk/tags/cdk-1.1.5/build.xml: Updated for annotation and ioformats
13:48 rojasm thanks egonw: It was the ssh key which it didn't make public. But to do it finally working I had to clone with the command git clone git@github.com:miguelrojasch/cheminfbenchmark.git and not with 'git clone git://github.com/miguelrojasch/cheminfbenchmark.git'
13:49 egonw rigth...
13:49 egonw the first allows you to commit...
13:49 egonw the last one not
13:50 rojasm other strange think is I can push over console but not with egit plugin
13:50 rojasm mm
13:50 rojasm did you have success with I guess
13:50 rojasm I will try a bit more
14:26 * egonw has not used egit a lot yet

21:29 CIA-62 cdk: Added a target to allow easy regeneration of 3d builder template fingerprints,
21:29 CIA-62 cdk: in case the Fingerprinter is updated such that fingerprint bits get changed from
21:29 CIA-62 cdk: a previous version. Requires that builder3dtools module be already compiled -
21:29 CIA-62 cdk: right now, no easy way to hook it into the compile process, so it is standalone.
