23:55 LiamF Hm. Thought I had this fixed - I have a problem where I'm trying to read SMILES keys, and on certain types of keys I'm getting errors.
23:56 LiamF Seems to be linked to SMILES like Cc1cc2c(=O)cc[nH]c2c(c1)OC - that [nH] is causing problems when I try and configure the atom type
23:56 LiamF Does anyone have any suggestions?
23:57 LiamF It also occurs with other atoms, such as P - CN1c2ccccc2C(=O)N([P@H]1=O)C is another faulting key
23:57 LiamF I'm not sure if it's bug, or just my being a CDK newbie
