14:34 maclean Dammit, tumblr - Y U shrink my images!
14:46 egonw :)
14:46 egonw nice image otherwise!
14:48 maclean egonw : thanks! Note that the "R"/S" at the bottom is generated using StereoTool and CIP on the Balloon 3D model.
14:48 egonw yeah, if it was larger, I could check it...
14:49 egonw bwahahaha
14:49 maclean :) https://github.com/gilleain/stereo/tree/master/img
14:50 maclean Iodine doesn't look so nice at the thick end of an UP stereo wedge :(
14:50 * egonw tries to remember the correct order of halogens
14:54 egonw iodine is blue?
14:55 egonw Cl -> green
14:55 egonw Br -> brown (obvious)
14:56 egonw F -> purple
14:56 maclean I > Br > Cl > F
14:56 egonw right?
14:56 maclean Purple > Brown > Green > Bluish
14:56 egonw F = blue
14:56 egonw ?
14:57 maclean Yes
14:59 egonw ah, the second wedge bond drawing in ambigous
15:02 egonw and so is the last-but-one
15:02 egonw one-but-last?
15:02 egonw NUND
15:02 egonw and double check NUDN
15:02 egonw https://github.com/gilleain/stereo/raw/master/img/all.png
15:02 egonw I have a feeling that one is wrong?
15:02 Gpox left #cdk
15:03 egonw mismatch between 2D and 3D?
15:03 egonw I think I agree on all R,S
15:03 egonw bbl
15:38 maclean Ah, yes ST-1.1.15 says that NUND and NDNU are 'wrong', not just 'not acceptable'...
17:25 egonw the problem is that a square planar structure matches it too
17:25 egonw so that basically with the smallest deviation, it can be both R and S
17:25 maclean Yes, I've been testing that...
17:26 maclean There are actually a ton of rules :( Perhaps a STRICT mode is in order...
17:26 maclean Thank for the review, btw - another eye on this was much appreciated
