18:54 semiosis pdurbin: you need to put the rules on the nat table.  try iptables -t nat -I PREROUTING instead of iptables -A INPUT
18:56 semiosis pdurbin: if you do iptables -t nat -nvL you should see all your nat rules
18:57 semiosis pdurbin: also i prefer iptables-save to show all rules, rather than iptables -S, since it will show all rules on all tables.  with -S you only see the chains on the selected table (without -t that is the filter table by default)
18:59 semiosis also i used -I instead of -A since I prepends the rule to the chain (I=insert) before any existing rules, whereas -A appends the rule to the end of the chain, likely after any existing nat rules

23:00 JoeJulian Or if you have a specific place you want it, you can specify the position for either -I or -A and it will position your rule before or after that position respectively.
