15:54 pdurbin These days users interact a lot with software as a service but there's still a place for software that you download and install on a server that end users interact with directly. I'm thinking about software like PeopleSoft or GitHub Enterprise or CiviCRM. What term do you use for this type of software?
16:51 dotplus "software"
16:53 dotplus if absolutely necessary, "self-hosted" or "on-premise". The latter tends to be to contrast with The Cloud itself, the former tends to be in contrast to "Things _in_ The Cloud"
19:20 pdurbin Hmm, I think "self-hosted" gets at what I'm talking about.
