15:36 sm mornint all
15:36 sm morning
15:40 lelit hi sm
15:41 lelit are in charge/position to verify the state of a repository on hub.darcs.net?
15:41 sm hi lelit. Thanks for the 502 error report which I noted at http://hub.darcs.net/simon/darcsden/issue/121
15:42 lelit oh, that one! :-)
15:42 sm I'm finding it hard to pinpoint without recompilation, which has become too difficult.. hence my question to Heffalump about porting/updating (thanks Heffalump)
15:43 sm (yes I am)
15:43 lelit thank you
15:44 sm I guess we should grep for that regex in all darcsden dependencies :/
15:45 lelit it seems something related to reST
15:45 sm actually it looks like .. right
15:46 sm so the pandoc reST reader
15:46 sm might be choking on the README
15:46 lelit yeah
15:48 sm I think this is the unescaped regex: \s*(\.\. (__:|_[\w_\.:\+- ]+:(\s|$))|__ )
15:48 sm and the error comes from >>>+- <<<
15:49 sm not sure if the regex is illegal or the haskell regex lib is limited

15:50 lelit uhm, dunno what regex dialect is implemented, but usually within square brackets the backslash is needed only for char classes, not for the usual "." and "+"
15:51 sm mind you, I don't see any use of regular expressions in https://github.com/jgm/pandoc/blob/master/src/Text/Pandoc/Readers/RST.hs, and pandoc is too smart for that anyway
15:54 sm could still be hightlighting-kate, which uses pcre-light or regex-pcre-builtin
