07:46 mihgen ADMiNZ: please using paste.openstack.org for logs
07:47 ADMiNZ ok
07:47 ADMiNZ http://paste.openstack.org/show/76223/
07:48 ADMiNZ Deployment of environment 'LANIT' is done. Access the OpenStack dashboard (Horizon) at http://172.29.23.151/ or via internal network at http://172.29.25.5/
07:48 ADMiNZ But the panel will not open
07:48 mihgen ADMiNZ: I believe you are looking for a workaround… I don't know that particular issue
07:48 mihgen but I believe your issues are not related one to another
07:49 mihgen so that warning should not affect accessibility of your dashboard
07:49 mihgen can you try to login into your controller node and see if nova is up there?
07:50 mihgen I think you have routing issue, so you can't open openstack dashboard
07:50 ADMiNZ Ok I will think what is wrong with neгtron
07:51 mihgen did you try nova-net before and succeeded?
07:51 mihgen what version of fuel do you use
07:51 ADMiNZ Yes it works with nova
07:52 ADMiNZ 4.1

07:54 ADMiNZ When I did the test before it was deploy no errors in tests
07:57 mihgen network verification after installation of env with Neutron was enabled just recently, should be available in 5.0
07:57 mihgen but you were able to run it before deployment with neutron
07:59 ADMiNZ Prompt where you can download an alpha or beta version 5.0
08:00 mihgen ADMiNZ: there is only development iso now.. it has a number of broken things still. So I would not recommend it for use yet
08:01 mihgen 4.1 actually should work in neutron for sure
08:01 ADMiNZ With those settings, which I have shown in the screenshot. does not work
08:03 mihgen ADMiNZ: did you try to run OpenStack Health Check tests?
08:04 ADMiNZ http://www.webpagescreenshot.info/img/5350dc96e19a38-00500929
08:05 mihgen yep, so what red do you have?
08:05 mihgen are you running env on your laptop or bare metal?

08:16 Guest35580 hi all, i have an issue with ceph, i have a cluster with one controller so one ceph monitor, i try to add 2 monitors with ceph deploy, it worked but when i reboot my servers, it freeze at command ceph status

10:07 aglarendil|home Guest35580: it would be better if you opened a bug report on http://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel and attached a diagnostic snapshot. we obviously need some ceph logs to investigate the issue
10:10 evg Guest35580: stop. pls, explain, you've got the only one controller and the second monitor you've added somethere _by_hand_?

11:49 mihgen ADMiNZ: please share it too, so we can know what the version of Fuel you use. And what "doesn't open Horizon" means - IP is not reachable
11:49 mihgen or host pings, but port doesn't respond, or it shows wrong picture, etc.

16:24 BillTheKat Does a fuel 4.1 openstack deployemnt provide access to the rabbitmq web portal?  If so, is the port number?
16:27 MiroslavAnashkin BillTheKat: Please use default port number - 55672 for RabbitMQ 2.xx. Please log in as Nova and get rabbit password from /etc/nova/nova.conf
16:28 BillTheKat I tried 55672 - put doing netstat -l there is no listener on that port
16:33 MiroslavAnashkin Then, please ssh to the controller where you want management interface for rabbitMQ and run
16:33 MiroslavAnashkin rabbitmq-plugins list
16:34 BillTheKat as soon as my openstack environment come up I will that - do I need to enable a plugin I guess?
16:34 MiroslavAnashkin If rabbitmq-management is not checked - run `rabbitmq-plugins enable rabbitmq-management`
16:35 BillTheKat k
16:35 BillTheKat thanks
16:51 TVR_ so.. is there a setting to make horizon look for https rather than http? (without going into the apache configs manually)?
16:51 BillTheKat MiroslavAnashki: Using rabbitmq-management is not checked - but when run "rabbitmq-plugins enable rabbitmq-management" it says: ERROR: plugin could not be found.
16:57 BillTheKat MiroslavAnashkin: Thanks - typo - got it

17:57 BillTheKat Basic FUEL question: I have a single PXE network where I want to load multiple openstack environments - eventhough the PXE network is the same - the different FUEL environments are not sharing the same public network or VLANS. But when I bring up the second openstack environment it is picking up the network config specified in the first environment.

Could it be related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1251639 ?
23:16 xarses Kupo24z: its almost always from a network problem with reaching the primary controller
23:17 xarses can you paste /etc/root/ceph.log from that node?
23:32 vk joined #fuel
23:39 Kupo24z xarses: its in the puppet log from all compute nodes
23:39 Kupo24z all nodes that are erroring are compute/OSD combination
23:40 xarses Kupo24z: yep, look at /etc/root/ceph.log, paste it if possibl
23:40 Kupo24z There some where that displays ip addresses assigned to each node?
23:40 xarses you can also try ssh'ing to the first controller node from the compute
23:40 Kupo24z Sorry, frist time using this
23:41 xarses 'fuel node' has the id colum, just put "ssh node-<id>"
23:42 Kupo24z xarses: ceph.log from the compute node?
23:43 xarses otherwise you can see the node name if you click on the gear on the ui however you will still need to log into the fuel node
23:43 xarses yep
23:43 Kupo24z looks like /etc/root doesnt exist
23:43 xarses sorry
23:43 xarses /root/ceph.log
23:43 Kupo24z [ceph_deploy.config][ERROR ] Unable to pull /etc/ceph/ceph.conf from node-27
23:44 xarses can you ssh to the contoller with the lowest id from the compute node?
23:44 Kupo24z 1 controller, and looks like dest host unreachable
23:46 Kupo24z cool looks like networking issue
23:46 Kupo24z xarses: for vlan ID's in the setup, are those needing to be setup on the switch as well, or are they only for fuel's purposes and OVS?
23:47 xarses your switch needs to be able to pass them. So if you switch can do vlan trunking, and the port is in edge mode it wont pass them
23:48 xarses if you switch can't do any of the fancy stuff, it will just forward them all
