10:19 devvesa Where can I find and example of this yaml file?

10:20 devvesa Precisely: where can I find the default roles definitions to see what puppet modules they run and how they run them?

13:47 DevStok Hi
13:47 DevStok how to reset password of fuel web interface?
13:47 championofcyrodi geta-tn: looks like the container hosting the UI is 'fuel-core-6.x-nginx' on the fuel server...
13:47 championofcyrodi perhaps you can docker attach to that container and find it.
13:48 championofcyrodi or at least, find how it is configured...
13:48 mwhahaha it uses keystone on the fuel node

14:50 baboune on a fresh install of mirantis 6.1 from ISO, I got the following warning "mising repository info, ...": https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1466418. The repositories are there, and yum update does nothing.  Should I still do "dockerctl destroy all"?
14:57 mwhahaha no you should be ok, i don't think we have any updates yet
15:00 baboune thx. are you aware of any patches that I should apply right away?
15:00 baboune like this seems pretty high: https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/6.1.x/+bug/1465708 ?
15:11 mwhahaha i don't have a comprehensive list, if you are using ceph https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/6.1.x/+bug/1466552 will affect you
15:12 baboune yes I am aware of that.. .would be good if there was a list of "hot" bugs and a possible patch available
15:13 mwhahaha you could look for bugs targeted to 6.1-updates

15:19 baboune we have dell HW... I am going to hit this https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1467671
15:20 mwhahaha i think it only affects R220s, but i can't be 100%
15:20 mwhahaha but we do have a fix available if you run into it
15:22 ub joined #fuel
15:23 sergmelikyan joined #fuel
15:23 baboune at which stage is it required to apply the fix?
15:24 mwhahaha it's the bootstrap image
15:24 mwhahaha so it's early on in the process, you'll know
15:25 baboune kk.  is there a way to have ceph for swift, and cinder but not glance?
15:26 baboune in 6.1, ceph rbd for images is mandatory if ceph is used for cinder/swift as it can not be unchecked in the UI
15:26 mwhahaha not sure, you'd have to check what is available via the storage settings
15:26 baboune u mean via CLI?
15:27 baboune it is not available in the UI
15:28 mwhahaha it isn't?
15:29 baboune no, you can not uncheck it unless the others (swift and cinder) are unchecked
15:30 baboune as soon as ceph RadosGW is selected, then you must enable "Ceph RBD for images (Glance)"
15:30 mwhahaha thats what i meant those are the rule i think
15:30 baboune or rather u can not enable/disable one if the other is on
15:35 baboune should I dais this as a question you think?
15:37 baboune sry , meant "should I raise this"
15:37 mwhahaha it wouldn't hurt to get clarification

18:21 xarses darkhuy: what do you mean?
18:22 xarses darkhuy: fpb build will do what ever is identified in pre_build_hook which is likely what it's downloading
18:23 darkhuy xarses: for fuel-mirrorcreate, it completed and im trying to verify network but it timesout on 'check_repositories_with_setup'
18:24 xarses darkhuy: so you created local mirrors so you don't have to fetch from the internet. and now the network checker is failing check repos?
18:24 darkhuy xarses: yep
18:24 xarses you need to go to the settings page and change the repos there to the mirrors you created
18:24 xarses im guessing it still has the externals in it
18:25 darkhuy xarses: huh, i had assumed from the createmirror output that it auto applied mirrors as default across all environments
18:25 xarses I don't think it does
18:25 xarses but network checker will use what ever is in the mirrors list for the current env
18:26 xarses so It seems like it didn't change them for you
