08:41 Guest19198 fzhadaev: In user guide it says "You have to figure out the address of the server from the network info pop-up
08:42 hopala fzhadaev: i don't see any ip address there, since i put calamari on some compute node (by MOS topology), should i put it on controller node, to have public ip access?
08:43 hopala can i at least check some how if web server is running for calamari, to se if at least installing of calamari was successful?

09:17 fzhadaev1 Hi dancn. Could you please help hopala with calamari-plugin?
09:17 tortue joined #fuel
09:17 tortue hi everybody
09:18 fzhadaev1 Hi hopala, i think dancn knows more about this plugin. Let's try to contact with him.
09:18 tortue I used to play with previous versions of fuel, now 1st time with fuel 7, and my problem is that i started up 4 nodes, only 2 of them are seen in fuel
09:19 tortue but all the 4 were kickstarted correctly
09:19 tortue did someone already experience something like this ?
09:20 tortue in my dnsmasq.log, i see dhcp gave them an IP, but I can't ping them

09:58 lordlaza1uz Hi again. I'm trying to run a deployment with Fuel 7.0, having added the fuel-plugin-nova-nfs plugin and it fails with "Error running RPC method granular_deploy: Failed to execute hook 'nova_nfs-3.0.0' Puppet run failed. Check puppet logs for details"....can't seem to find anything pertinent to this in the fuel-masters puppet logs though...
09:59 lordlaza1uz Any ideas to help me out troubleshooting this?

11:18 hopala dancn: could you help me with calamar-plugin. I have now installed calamari (i have named one of the controller nodes "calamari") so i suppose it was installed there. Also knowing that http://VIP/ address is pointing to one of the controllers for access. Now, I am sure i can access Zabbix, which I also installed as plugin through http://VIP/zabbix, how can I now access Calamari GUI and how to get sure that it was properly installed on the choose node?

21:21 Rodrigo_BR I deploy a new openstack with fuel 7 , I can not define numbers of instances in project quotas ?
21:23 mwhahaha do you get an error or something?
21:23 Rodrigo_BR I cannot see the opiton in horizon
21:26 Rodrigo_BR https://www.yogile.com/mgcrax8s#08049492l
21:27 Rodrigo_BR mwhahaha: http://s27.postimg.org/8ppmmh74z/stack.png
21:32 mwhahaha interesting, yea i don't know specifically about that
21:33 mwhahaha that seems to be missing the compute quotas
21:34 Rodrigo_BR Any suggestion ?
21:36 Rodrigo_BR Another image http://s15.postimg.org/j61smj87f/stack2.png
21:39 mwhahaha you can always adjust via the cli i believe
21:44 Rodrigo_BR mwhahaha: What I need adjust for work ?
21:47 mwhahaha http://docs.openstack.org/user-guide-admin/cli_set_compute_quotas.html
21:47 Rodrigo_BR This is a bug in fuel ?
21:47 mwhahaha no
21:47 mwhahaha fuel doesn't manage that
21:48 mwhahaha that's horizon itself
21:48 Rodrigo_BR ok .... thank you
22:07 Rodrigo_BR mwhahaha: in /etc/nova/nova.conf on controllers a change quota_driver from nova.quota.NoopQuotaDriver to nova.quota.DbQuotaDriver
22:08 Rodrigo_BR now horizon read the defaults quotas
22:09 mwhahaha there is a hiera option called nova_quota that can be set to deploy the cloud with that driver
22:10 mwhahaha but i'm not sure where that can be enabled
22:11 mwhahaha oh it's in settings
22:11 mwhahaha nova quotas
22:11 mwhahaha under common
22:12 mwhahaha needs a check box
22:13 Rodrigo_BR yes !
