06:16 priya ping
06:19 priya I installed a plugin in fuel9 using fuel plugins --install <rpm>, firstly it showed installed but right after it got into error- requests.exceptions.HTTPError: 500 Server Error: Internal Server Error for url: http://10.20.0.2:8000/api/v1/plugins/
06:21 priya it is not showing in fuel plugins list also, but if i am trying to again install newly build same plugin ,getting the error:
06:22 priya Examining plugins/tacker-0.2-0.2.0-1.noarch.rpm: tacker-0.2-0.2.0-1.noarch
06:22 priya plugins/tacker-0.2-0.2.0-1.noarch.rpm: does not update installed package.
06:22 priya Error: Nothing to do
06:22 priya Shell command executed with "1" exit code: yum -y install --disablerepo='*' plugins/tacker-0.2-0.2.0-1.noarch.rpm
06:23 priya i removed the plugin file fro, /var/www/nailgun/plugins also

07:38 mskalski priya: it looks like there could be an error in plugin control files like metadata, environment_config, deployment_task.. did you try maybe investigate nailgun logs? rpm package was installed successfully but plugin registration failed, that is why you see information that "tacker-0.2-0.2.0-1.noarch.rpm: does not update installed package."

08:22 jaranovich nailgun folks, is it possible to fix https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1615557 asap? there are too much random failures  here https://ci.fuel-infra.org/job/verify-fuel-web-on-fuel-ui/
08:22 jaranovich please consider nailgun.log for the failed testruns, there will be the same exception: "Task with UUID=xxx is not found in DB"
08:22 jaranovich this greatly slows down the process of review and merge for a few repos, too many rechecks needed to pass ui func tests

14:07 karthikeayan can anyone help me on how to call fuel api via curl?
14:07 karthikeayan am getting "Authentication required" response
14:09 mwhahaha did you pass the auth token?
14:10 karthikeayan no
14:10 mwhahaha we use keystone for auth so there is a keystone instance you should request a token from and use it when making fuel calls
14:12 karthikeayan oh, i logged in to fuel web, can i take the token from there and reuse it for curl?
14:12 mwhahaha curl -H 'Content-Type: application/json' -d '{"auth":{"passwordCredentials":{"username":"admin","password":"admin"},"tenantName":"admin"}}' http://localhost:8000/keystone/v2.0/tokens
14:12 mwhahaha that's how you can request a token via curl
14:13 mwhahaha adjust user/password as necessary
14:13 karthikeayan ok, great!
14:17 karthikeayan cool man, am able to get response

15:58 pradiprwt mwhahaha: Is it correct way , if I add cinder driver python files within plugin ..?
15:59 mwhahaha yea that would work, they should be delivered via a package
15:59 pradiprwt bcoz It is not mearge with mitaka ..
16:09 pradiprwt mwhahaha: Is this way will be acceptable by Mirantis at the time of becoming unlocked partner for fuel plugin..???

16:22 mwhahaha You'd have to email the unlocked team and make sure, i can't speak for them

16:35 niko2 hey,
16:35 niko2 can someone tell me where heria gets the info from:
16:35 niko2 hiera network_scheme
16:35 niko2 {"endpoints"=>
16:35 niko2 {"br-fw-admin"=>{"gateway"=>""}, "br-mgmt"=>{"gateway"=>"192.168.0.1"}}}
16:35 niko2 in /etc/astute.yaml there is much mor under the sction network_scheme
16:41 mwhahaha so there's a default gateway hiera override yaml file where that is
16:41 mwhahaha but we use merge deeper so it should merge all the stuff together but you need to use hiera -h network_scheme
16:43 niko2 thanks
