11:27 aglarendil kelepirci: this means almost surely that you have issues with connectivity between VMs and dhcp agent on the controllers
11:36 kelepirci hi aglarendil. I think I am having more trouble than that. I am not even able to ping gateway if I assign the ip manually.
11:36 aglarendil by gateway you mean router of the virtual network  for the tenant ?

12:01 barryz Maybe someone knows, how to rebuild provision image?
12:02 saravana Slave node via pxe boot in UEFI mode is supported ??
12:02 barryz I have to read docs, but can't find a procedure how to rebuild it..
12:03 barryz 2 saravana: UEFI doesn't supported at all
12:03 barryz at least I can't PXE boot master/slave in UEFI mode
12:03 saravana ok
12:05 vvalyavskiy left #fuel
12:10 barryz solved: there's no manual procedure, to recreate provision image it needs to remove old one and rebuild env

13:57 Kleurrijk hi, i'm running Fuel 9 and i have a hypervisor on which deployment/puppet runs fail for some reason, which is effectively preventing me to provision new hypervisors. Is there an option to sort of "bypass" this one hypervisor and move on with provisioning+deployment of other hypervisors with the broken one still staying in the setup?
14:00 byrdog55 joined #fuel
14:03 aglarendil you can provision and deploy only specific nodes
14:03 aglarendil by running fuel deploy/provision --nodes <node_ids list> --env <env_id>

14:10 Kleurrijk @aglarendil so i can configure disks and network in fuel, then run the command directly on the fuel node? all without fuel making a puppet run on all other nodes ?
14:10 aglarendil but remember to provision nodes first and then deploy them
14:11 aglarendil it will exclude nodes that you did not define in the list from the execution

14:40 Seafire Hello guys, quick question: I have to remove a Ceph node from my Openstack environment, can I just remove it from fuel or do I need to remove the Ceph OSD on the node and the remove it from fuel? Thank you
14:46 Aurelgadjo Seafire: https://docs.mirantis.com/openstack/fuel/fuel-7.0/operations.html#how-to-safely-remove-a-ceph-osd-node
14:47 Seafire Aurelgadjo: thanks
14:51 GMAzrael I rebuilt an instance from a snapshot, but the changes were not wiped. Anyone see this problem before?
14:58 Seafire does this apply for v9 too? I remember seeing somewhere that in v9 you could delete it from the Fuel Web UI
15:02 Kleurrijk aglarendil: thanks, appears to work!

16:25 thiagolib Hi, I'm trying to run the puppet scripts again to reinstall the cinder node of my environment through the command
16:25 thiagolib Fuel --env 1 node --deploy --node 1 however the command finishes running and I get the message that no nodes were changed so cinder is not reinstalled.

21:29 cr0wrx anyone know how to manually start ceph-mon back up if not running on controller? Is it just service ceph start? I see there is some stuff in there about osd and other things
21:53 cr0wrx well, a reboot worked. Why and how I'm not sure :( It doesn't look like a resource under pacemaker and service ceph start didn't do anything (nor start mon, etc...)
