16:08 Dishwasha Howdy folks.  I'm in a catch-22 situation with fuel 11.0 from the 23rd.  I kicked off a deployment, all the nodes are stuck at installing ubuntu: 0%.  I can't stop the deployment via web and console seems to think deployment isn't running, but I can't delete env/cluster either because deployment tasks are running.  Rebooting fuel master doesn't make a difference.
16:13 Dishwasha Also fuel deployment-tasks --list requires a task id which is silly because I need to see what they are before I can specify them
