12:45 awheeler_ kkeithley1: Thanks for the review.  Tox looks interesting -- this will allow you to test against multiple versions of swift?
12:46 kkeithley1 yes
12:47 kkeithley1 It's a python analog of mock. I don't know a lot about it. You configure it with the version(s) of the things you need to test and it populates a "python chroot" environment
12:49 awheeler_ Right, sounds cool, but I gather you'd still have to patch ufo for the relevant version of swift, yes?
12:51 awheeler_ Or, perhaps this would make the testing more branch oriented?  Master would default to the latest swift we are trying to use, and then the 3.3 branch would use 1.4.8?

13:04 kkeithley1 awheeler_: yes, I'm mostly done with rebasing to 1.7.6.   Not sure what you're asking about 3.3 using 1.4.8; it's currently running with 1.7.4.
13:08 awheeler_ That was based on your review comment that 1.4.8 was installed on the build server.
13:08 awheeler_ I assumed that since the original 3.3.1 didn't use the ring stuff, that it might have been 1.4.8.
13:16 johnmark incidentally, we're having our readiness meeting in about 12 hours, right?
13:16 johnmark hagarth: ^^^
13:16 kkeithley1 1.4.8 is what's on the build server because that's what's available in epel for (RH)EL6.
13:16 kkeithley1 Hence the need to use Tox
13:16 johnmark I have to send out an updated inbite
13:16 johnmark er invite
13:17 kkeithley1 johnmark: uhhhh, in 12 hours? I might be a tad late. I was going by what's in Zimbra which says we're 17 minutes overdue
13:20 hagarth johnmark: even I was under the impression that it was for now :)
13:20 kkeithley1 awheeler_: And yes, the original 3.3.x started with 1.4.8, heavily patched, then briefly 1.4.8 without the heavy patching, then 1.7.4.

13:25 johnmark hagarth: doh
13:25 johnmark oops
13:25 johnmark hagarth: ok, I thought we were going to try to make it easier for Avati
13:25 johnmark sorry, my fault for not confirming
13:26 johnmark hrm, jdarcy isn't around either
13:26 * johnmark looks at the tracker bug
13:26 hagarth johnmark: np, I can join in tomorrow too if we want to move
13:27 johnmark ok
13:28 johnmark hagarth: if you can give m ea brief update from your side of things, and then I'll send out an invite for everyone else
13:29 johnmark hagarth: and where you are will tell me what I need to prep the test day(s)
13:30 hagarth johnmark: glusterd improvements are happening, we should aim for a newer refresh of the alpha release later this week
13:30 johnmark hagarth: ok
13:30 hagarth johnmark: we can aim for a test day next week
13:30 johnmark then we should target Friday for a test day?
13:30 johnmark hagarth: I'll prep that today then
13:31 johnmark FYI: the forge beta will open next week
13:31 hagarth johnmark: sure, that sounds good
13:35 kkeithley1 my BZ on the tracker, the backport of the glusterfs.spec.in sync with the fedora glusterfs.spec is done and merged
13:43 johnmark kkeithley1: w00t

18:18 kkeithley1 jdarcy: last one that ran passed when I reran it after cleaning  build.gluster.org:/d/build/scratch.
18:19 kkeithley1 regression of http://review.gluster.org/#change,4754 hung. I killed it from the jenkins console after it had been running for over an hour and I added a review comment to that effect in gerrit
