14:54 jclift_ Anyone object to me making the Feature Proposal Template look a bit nicer?
14:54 jclift_ Meh... I'm just going to do it.  Anyone with a problem with that can let me know. :)
15:06 kkeithley It's a wiki — be bold
15:08 semiosis +1
15:12 jclift_ kkeithley: k, the wiki's all in bold now
15:12 jclift_ (joking) :D
15:13 kkeithley inspired by the Imp of the Perverse I see.
15:14 * jclift_ gives kkeithley a measured look
15:14 jclift_ You're calling me short again aren't you? :)
15:15 jclift_ Oh wow, just wikipedia'd that.  I so have to put my pic on that page...
15:15 kkeithley obscure (is it?) literary reference! Not sure that equates to calling you short
15:15 kkeithley ;-)
15:18 mohankumar joined #gluster-dev
15:19 kkeithley I dare you to put your pic on the wikipedia page.
15:39 johnmark LOL

16:42 johnmark jclift_: ping
16:43 jclift_ johnmark: pong
16:43 jclift_ So, meeting is tomorrow instead yeah?
16:43 johnmark jclift_: once we get $_IT_GUY in place
16:43 johnmark jclift_: yeah. today is another day of BU plannin gsessions
16:43 johnmark meh
16:43 jclift_ Heh
16:43 johnmark jclift_: so re: $_IT_GUY he could probably stand up an openstack instance
16:44 jclift_ johnmark: While nice, it's useless for the primary purpose of "easy for outside people to run themselves"
16:44 johnmark jclift_: reason I suggest that is that openstack is developing a reallly nice set of infra tools
16:44 johnmark oh? really? ok
16:44 johnmark and it would be good ot make sue of that work - as well as contribute to the efforts ourselves
16:44 johnmark jclift_: oh oh ... I see wha tyou mean
16:45 jclift_ Well, if anyone that wants to run the new fangled Multi-Node Test Suite on their own hardware... then setting their own OpenStack Infra just to do it seems like a huge dependency problem
16:45 johnmark I was thinking of the case where someone contributes code and our automated test runs
16:45 johnmark hadn't though tabout someone wanting to run testing on their local install
16:45 johnmark which makes sense
16:46 jclift_ Sure.  Having our own OpenStack setup for regression testing makes sense for that.  We _might_ be able to get away with a fair amount by using vm's... but lets leave it up to the $new_it_guy when he/she/it arrives. :D
16:49 johnmark teehee :) ok
