10:09 soumya_ few of my patches which I need to back-port to 3.7 depend on this patch... if it wont make it to 3.7, I will make changes in mine

10:45 lalatenduM ahh http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/
10:45 lalatenduM :-)
10:45 hchiramm :)

13:49 ndevos hchiramm_: argh, libuuid-devel might actually be part of e2fsprogs-devel on el5...
13:51 ndevos probably replacing libuuid-devel in the .spec with pkgconfig(uuid) would do
13:53 kkeithley e2fsprogs(-devel) doesn't have any el5 builds
13:54 ndevos kkeithley: my mock cache on my laptop says otherwise?
13:54 kkeithley https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=4052
13:54 kkeithley not in epel
13:55 ndevos uh, el5 comes from centos.org :)
13:55 ndevos only some packages are in epel, the ones that are not in the base os
13:55 kkeithley are we talking about storage sig builds, or fedora koji builds?
13:56 ndevos fedora koji for epel-5, the base os is CentOS-5\
13:57 kkeithley hmm. okay
13:57 ndevos there is also no kernel or glibc in epel-5, and e2fsprogs is quite 'base' too
13:57 kkeithley yeah yeah, I got it
13:58 kkeithley but where does libuuid(-devel) come from. I don't see that in koji even for Fedora
13:58 kkeithley https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/search?match=glob&type=package&terms=libuuid
13:59 ndevos that comes from util-linux
13:59 ndevos but it originally was part of e2fsprogs, I think that was the case on el5
14:00 kkeithley hmmm
14:00 ndevos $ rpm -q -i libuuid-devel
14:00 ndevos but, as long as there is a .pc file in the <something>-devel rpm, a BuildRequires with pkgconfig(uuid) should work
14:01 * ndevos is in the train, and does not have a el5 system running, can't easily check now
14:04 wushudoin joined #gluster-dev
14:04 kkeithley yes, e2fsprogs-devel has libuuid.so and headers
14:05 ndevos you know, our new Gerrit over a mobile connection is really lame...
14:05 ndevos I get "Loading Gerrit Code Review ..." and have to shift-refresh the page to see it
14:05 ndevos JustinCl1ft: ^ yet an other new Gerrit annoyance
14:06 kkeithley nope, didn't know that. So far it has felt faster on change sets with large numbers of file. At least it doesn't seem to slow to a crawl like the old version did
14:07 ndevos yes, it it faster, and once the page is loaded, opening the changes/files is ok
14:07 ndevos its just the initial page loading that is stuck somehow
14:11 kkeithley please review http://review.gluster.org/10318!
14:12 ndevos did I not review that yet?
14:13 ndevos ah, its a backport or something
14:14 ndevos kkeithley: happen to have a link to the original review in the master branch?
14:17 ndevos never mind, found it: http://review.gluster.org/10234
14:18 kkeithley yup
