15:59 int-0x21 Does gluster-block have its own channel or is that here to ?
16:03 int-0x21 My question is if gluster block can export with iser instead of iscsi
16:32 msvbhat joined #gluster
16:34 ndevos int-0x21: gluster-block configures tcmu-runner, not sure if that supports iser
16:40 int-0x21 I think it does. it also configures targetcli but when i tried at least the default exported iscsi
16:54 jkroon joined #gluster
16:56 ndevos yes, it definitely exports over iscsi by default, I dont know if it is easy to configure targetcli/tcmu-runner to use iser instead
17:20 int-0x21 I tried now and it seems i can atleast set iser enabled on the target with targetcli command
17:21 int-0x21 Havnt found a switch in gluster-block to pass that switch though :) but since i can set it manualy at least i can test performance diffrence

22:10 zcourts I have a single Distributed-Replicate volume over 6 servers, 6 bricks, one per server and replicas set to 3. Each server has 2TB disks. I expected df to show 4TB or almost 4TB available but it shows 1.7TB. Is my expectation correct if so, is it obvious what I've done wrong or any suggestions on where to start debugging?

23:25 protoporpoise howdy, question: if you currently have a replica 3, arbiter 1 (2 replica nodes 1 arbiter) and you want to change your volumes to another typology thats more performant - is it easy to change their type? or not worth the effort and better to create new volumes and manually move data?
