00:29 ronsavage Under Perl 5.20.2 I can't compile MarpaX::Languages::SVG::Parser without manually patching Text::CSV::Encoded (which is not one of mine). The patch is on RT. But after patching the code so its tests pass, my tests fail. Text::CSV::Encoded has been stalled for months, and the author's email box has exceeded its quota, so I've updated a ticket on github for the module, asking him to fix it or let me do it. However, since the test failure I don't

03:33 hobbs I know it's been a while since I've touched this, but I took rns's contributions to my little counted-array parser and abstracted it a bit into something that I think I could actually use to complete the Java class parsing task: https://gist.github.com/arodland/5993ad786c2583d2f64d
03:36 hobbs it uses one set of events to handle any number of rules that might be counted, and it associates a pseudo-action with the lexeme that provides the count, so that you can have the counter for one thing be a decimal string, and for another thing be a big-endian 16-bit int :)
03:37 hobbs I should probably upgrade the counts to rules though, and use real actions for them.
03:37 hobbs oh wait, can't quite do that :)
03:41 hobbs moved to https://gist.github.com/arodland/0c98f2670e499fd27a6b to keep some semblance of github history :)

19:55 jdurand_ Anybody knows where has gone the PAUSE interface to register a package
20:03 jeffreykegler IIRC correctly there was talk about (or a decision to) stop tracking package registrations.
20:06 jdurand_ He.... I mailed to modules@perl.org, PAUSE refuses to index my M4 package... There must be a bug somewhere at PAUSE then
20:18 jdurand_ Ok, right now I am fixing the CPAN failure for MarpaX::Languages::M4 - more later - AFK
21:08 hobbs right, there are no more registered modules, everything starts with first-come and then modules are given away or comaint granted beginning from there
21:09 hobbs (AUTHORITY helps establishing the right first-come on a module even if someone else uploaded it, which happens on bigger projects)
