06:20 panikal hello all..i feel really stupid asking this question but is it supported to have your grammar in a separate file? I can't seem to make it work except with HEREDOCs and every example I see has a heredoc.
06:20 panikal my current workaround has a class which returns this as a string from a HEREDOC but it seems really awkward.
06:25 panikal i.e. reading bnf via a filehandle into a scalar and M::R2::Scanless::G->new( { source =\$bnf } ) fails, but a heredoc works.

15:53 Idiosyncrat slurping a file into a scalar should work.  Marpa would have no way of knowing how the scalar was formed, so couldn't discriminate against it if it wanted to.

21:54 ronsavage panikal: Re https://irclog.perlgeek.de/marpa/2016-11-02#i_13501899. This module https://metacpan.org/pod/MarpaX::Demo::JSONParser#Data-Files ships with 3 grammars and loads the one chosen by the user. Also, this module https://metacpan.org/source/RSAVAGE/MarpaX-Languages-SVG-Parser-1.06/lib/MarpaX/Languages/SVG/Parser/SAXHandler.pm#L545 ships with a family of gammars  after __DATA__ statement.
