00:46 idiosyncrat Demat!
00:47 idiosyncrat lucs: Btw, the reason for having a greeting at all is that I find empty log pages make backlogging more difficult.
00:52 idiosyncrat The #perl6 folks (who hardly need worry about empty log pages) had a custom of saying "Good night!" or "Good morning1" when the logged turned off, and like much else in the Perl 6 community I s/stole/borrowed/ that idea.

04:08 sabayonuser daxim: actually that preview allows to view another half of paper too, if one give it exact page number (and clear cookies?). But that's a bit unfair to it's authors.
04:10 sabayonuser Wikipedia contain generalised description of Earley algorithm, i feel it more understandable than in this paper (for extending with DFA for rules)
04:10 sabayonuser but I was scared by this comment - https://cs.stackexchange.com/questions/27937/how-do-i-reconstruct-the-forest-of-syntax-trees-from-the-earley-vector/27952#27952
04:11 sabayonuser "the forest of syntax trees can be a very strange one, with kind of siamese twin subtrees that may share the first two edges of some node, but not the third edge. In other words, it may be a very awkward structure. This may explain why Earley calls it "a factored representation of all possible parse trees", without being more specific. Any attempt to surgically separate the siamese twins, without changing the grammar will
04:11 sabayonuser result in increased complexity. The right way to do it is to binarize the grammar."
