metacpan can't wait for pause to update it's index file, so we just index it right away as soon as it hits the cpan master mirror |

i think the sane thing would be to check META.{yml,json} for dynamic_config: 0, and if it's not there, add some kind of disclaimer underneath... "note that this list may change at configuration time" or something |
