02:12 omega oalders: yeah, only thing I dislike about that is having to loop twice over the datastructure :/
02:34 oalders omega: sure, but i don't think there's significant overhead :)
02:34 oalders i'm not too hung up on using vmethods
03:03 omega oalders: ack, I'll see if I get around to taking a stab at it later this weekend :)

10:02 omega oalders: it brings an interesting dilemma.. because it means putting html into the changelog text in the model (or the controller..), and the default is to filter anything torugh an html entity filter
10:03 omega I can disable that easily in the release.html with <% change | none %>
10:03 omega but that leaves other thing suspectible for problems
10:03 omega so then I guess I should entity encode where I filter and add links instead?
10:18 omega anyone have a dist that uses github issues, has Changes parseable by CPAN::Changes AND links to issues in it's Changes file? :P
11:25 omega oh well, submitted a PR with some sort of implementation at least :)

18:50 ether linking to github PRs/issues, and RT tickets in the Changes file would be *awesome*
18:51 ether /RT#\d+/ is pretty much the standard format for RT;  I'd go with /PR#\d+/ and /gh#\d+/i for github
18:51 ether the problem with github though is the canonical repo can change between releases, so it's not always clear what repository the PR/issue actually lives in
18:52 ether (which is why I avoid using github issue tracking for dists with more than one maintainer)
19:12 ranguard ether: github organisations help with that
19:12 ranguard but that takes effort and forthought I guess :)
