18:33 abraxxa i've uploaded a dist twice because the first index failed because of a dir forgotten to mark as no_index and perms, now both show up and the links pointing to the older version
18:33 abraxxa https://metacpan.org/source/ABRAXXA/DBIx-Class-ResultSet-RecursiveUpdate-0.32/META.json vs https://metacpan.org/source/ABRAXXA/DBIx-Class-ResultSet-RecursiveUpdate-0.32-2/META.json

18:35 abraxxa shouldn't metacpan ignore dists that aren't indexed by PAUSE because of errors?
18:37 ranguard abraxxa: I think if it got into 02packages.details.txt then it would have been index I think (not sure what happens in your situation)
18:40 ranguard I'm not sure what the '-2' does (in terms of version number order)
18:40 abraxxa ranguard: it's just a reupload of the same version
18:40 abraxxa 0.32
18:40 abraxxa PAUSE forces you to use a different filename
18:41 * ranguard would have just gone to 0.33 - but that's because I don't know about this stuff :)
18:42 abraxxa yeah, mst suggested that too but i didn't want to 'waste' a version number because of that, especially because it wasn't indexed
18:42 abraxxa if it was indexed i'd have bumped the version number
18:43 abraxxa i have to leave now, I'll check the state of metacpan tomorrow again

18:45 ranguard fair enough, btw... numbers don't run out.. they keep going :)
