21:06 ether metacpan seems to not be showing issue counts again :(
21:08 haarg ether: example?
21:12 ether https://metacpan.org/release/Test-Manifest
21:26 oalders might be worth checking what the RT export has for that release
21:35 haarg https://github.com/CPAN-API/metacpan-web/blob/master/root/inc/release-info.html#L35
21:35 haarg check is too strict
21:35 haarg distribution.bugs.source is https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Dist/Display.html?Name=Test-Manifest
21:36 haarg bugtracker_url is http://rt.cpan.org/NoAuth/Bugs.html?Dist=Test-Manifest
21:36 oalders ah, good catch
21:36 haarg there's a lot of different forms of rt urls floating around that all work
21:37 haarg rwstauner: ^
22:05 rwstauner :\
22:05 rwstauner that's why i wasn't keen on that check from the start
22:05 rwstauner too many unknowns
22:06 rwstauner i guess we could check for rt.cpan.org and Name= and ignore the middle
22:33 oalders maybe we could move that check into the controller
23:00 ether is metacpan using the distname-must-match-a-module-name rule for indexing?  e.g. this dist is not listed as unauthorized: https://metacpan.org/release/TJENKINS/SendGrid-1.3
23:00 ether ..but it's not in the index, because the distname doesn't match.
23:27 rwstauner there's no special processing regarding that.  it's based on 06perms and 02packages
23:31 ether ok, weird then -- there's no entry at all for Email::SendGrid in either 06perms or 02packages
23:51 rwstauner so it's not *un*authorized (sigh) but it also won't be "latest"
23:51 rwstauner and it's not *un*indexed unless it's got a META no_index excluding it (sigh)
