21:52 haarg soon i'm going to work on revising how we do fragment targets
21:53 haarg currently we are filtering out most special characters, which makes the targets in something like perlvar nearly useless
21:54 haarg so i want to relax the filter for that
21:54 haarg also, many pages include function parameters in their headings, but want to link to them using the bare names.  perlfunc has a similar problem.
21:55 haarg so i'd like to generate an additional target for most headings/items that is based on only the first word
21:56 haarg probably will also have to generate targets using the old ids so that old links don't break
