11:43 BooK so, regarding external packages (debian, cygwin, fedora...), what about dists like this one: https://metacpan.org/release/grepmail
11:43 BooK which is really a script, but packaged as a CPAN distribution
11:44 BooK I think metacpan should record the info that it is packaged, even when the third party doesn't consider it a "Perl library package"
11:45 BooK then there's the issue of http://search.cpan.org/dist/xls2csv/, which I can't seem to be able to find on metacpan
