20:57 umask001 you know, this is probably the furthest a new language has gotten without being able to do a Hello World.  Anyone working on the print statement? :)

21:03 umask001 hrmm.. I guess print might be trickier than I thought, if we support it's ability to write to file handles.  We might need to support open/close/other things too
21:04 bphillips I think a first pass at print that only worked with STDOUT would be perfectly fine (IMHO)

21:26 stevan umask001: print (and say) would both be functions in the CORE package and methods on the Any class
21:27 stevan we do not currently have support for multiple parameters though, so keep that in mind
21:27 stevan well, rather, we dont have support for varargs
