02:23 will I see that you can put a name on a route, as in $r->get('/foo')->to('some#where')->name('foo'), but what purpose does it serve? When/Where would you reference it? TIA.

04:57 tempire will: it's for referencing the route's url in code.
04:57 tempire so you don't have to hard code urls
04:58 tempire http://mojolicio.us/perldoc/Mojolicious/Lite#Route_Names
04:58 will ah, using link_to?
04:59 will Thanks

05:07 jwang tempire: nice follow-up on blogs.perl.org wrt to MT logins
05:08 tempire :)
05:11 jwang based on the HN response to the SSH post on blogs.perl.org, I'm wondering if you would have gotten a lot more response to your "making of mojocasts" if you named it something generic like "key things to making great webcasts"
05:12 jwang though mojolicious wouldn't be in the name then. kind of depends on what you're going for

05:38 tempire the making of was intended for the perl community…specifically those who care about making stuff that makes perl look cool.
05:38 tempire so those who wanted the info definitely knew what they were reading
05:39 tempire everyone else, contextually, isn't so relevant.
05:39 jwang tempire: makes sense
05:39 purl i heard makes sense was http://xrl.us/bjq3kq
05:39 tempire *aren't
05:40 tempire it's an idea, though.
05:40 tempire I haven't really thought of specifically targeting hackerne.ws so much
05:40 tempire url for the ssh hacker news post?
05:40 noganex joined #mojo
05:41 jwang http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=2891418 <- it got "320 points" which is very high for HN and is also listed as "perl.org" which helps market perl to the HN developer/startup community
05:41 tempire twitter bootstrap is pretty derned neat
05:42 tempire 320 points!
05:42 tempire for sure.
05:42 purl like totally!
05:42 tempire wasn't really a perl post, so it makes sense.
05:45 jwang Twitter Bootstrap reminds me of YUI (Grids, etc.) - not that I've done much with YUI
05:46 jwang the graphics are nice. it looks very finished

09:50 doubi 'morning all. This mightn't be a Mojo specific question, but really don't know where to start: I want to programmatically capture the URI of the media requested by a .swf object on a web page (Wordpress's Audio Player plugin), which I can see in Firebug's Net tab. Of course when I get the page with Mojo::UA, the "must install flash" message appears in the markup instead of the <object>. Even if I could figure out how to get my hands on the ac
09:50 doubi tual flash object though, am I likely to be able to simulate a click on it and capture its outgoing HTTP request for the media file?

18:06 sri tempire: ?
18:07 tempire oh never mind.  *test* api.
18:07 tempire I was thinking you meant test, as in trying something out.
