01:15 sri looks like that guy earlier was just crazy and on some sort of crusade
01:15 sri ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
01:16 sri at this point it just feels awkward to say anything to him
01:24 jberger I have plenty i would say to the community at large, mostly to show all the communication and clear myself of any real accusations
01:24 jberger But I also don't want to give any fuel to his crusade either
01:25 jberger If anyone feels that what they've seen from me in public had been rude or inappropriate please say so
01:25 jberger I'm also happy to share the few private discussions he and i had
01:25 sri you've been way more civil than i would have been ;p
01:26 jberger I'll admit i maybe have gone a kultur fat with my last outright "troll" call
01:26 jberger But it was at that point that i knew i had to step away
01:27 jberger Kultur fat? My swipe type is trolling me now too?!
01:27 sri not that i really engage these people anymore, it always feels like a lot of wasted energy
01:27 jberger It is
01:27 jberger Honestly i was trying to engage with the core of his complaint
01:28 jberger Even if he reported it in an obviously wrong forum and then was rude about it
01:29 jberger Dude it was a dead thread three years ago THAT HAD BEEN CLOSED AS THE WRONG FORUM THEN!

01:29 jberger Also i don't think I've ever seen anyone -1a -1 vote before
01:30 jberger Sure, reply, make your case
01:30 jberger Gah
01:30 jberger But honestly the hike was nice and we had a nice lunch afterword
01:30 jberger I'm over it
01:31 jberger But again if people want to question my conduct, I'm not above the law
01:31 jberger Please do so
01:32 jberger Oh and one other thing, saying that you are a member of a group you have disparaged doesn't absolve you
01:32 jberger And if I consider myself a member of that group I can and might (do in this case) feel offended by the disparagement
01:34 jberger He even tried to claim that my call of "troll" was hostile while his accusation of dysfunctional should have been taken as a more clinical term and was intended to help
01:34 jberger Sure, yeah nice try
01:34 jberger </rant>
01:37 sri ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
01:51 jberger That is probably the right response
01:52 jberger Imma keep enjoying Hawaii
01:52 jberger And maybe finish up Multiplex too

02:04 jberger Hunh, the galaxy s7 embeds a video into the image when you take a panorama
02:04 jberger Which is why these "images" are so huge
02:04 jberger Google photos wouldn't accept a few of my pics and the cap is 75MB per picture
02:05 jberger I had one pic that was 90!
02:05 jberger Then I cropped it down to make it just a bit smaller and then it was 9!
02:05 jberger Which of course sent me investigating

15:30 good_news_everyon mojo/master b50ac02 Sebastian Riedel: add JSON section to tutorial
15:30 good_news_everyon left #mojo
15:30 sri jberger: similar to yours, but simplified
15:31 sri think the link to Mojo::Message adds some important information
15:32 sri build up on the previous HTTP section, which introduces the req/res objects
15:33 sri and of course the template, text and data stash values introduced above that one
15:33 sri json pointers are a bit meh, and i don't think they add much at that point
15:35 sri and the put method just for flavor, since get/post are used before
15:35 batman sri: "and the reserved C<json> stash value" <-- sounds like the input json is stored in $c->stash("json")
15:36 batman other than that: +1
15:37 sri that makes no sense
15:37 sri if anything someone might think Mojo::JSON is accessible through the stash value
15:37 batman hehe... ok :)
15:37 sri but nothing there speaks of the input
15:39 lluad joined #mojo
15:43 sri batman: no seriously, how do you make the json input connection?
16:12 batman sri: i think it was because of the "it is accessible through L<Mojo::Message/"json">" part
16:13 batman i was thinking $c->req->json...
16:13 batman and then i connected that to $c->req->json == $c->stash("json") when i read the whole section
16:14 batman i guess my brain just made connections where there where none. not sure

23:17 nicomen jberger: how would I combine Mojo::IOLoop::ForkCall with Mojo::IOLoop->recurring, ie. having a daemon running a fork-ed process every x minutes?
