00:23 CEnnis91 [mbm]: ever seen retouch_binaries in an updater-script before
00:23 CEnnis91 also, yea, I've been busy lately, school ending what not

00:44 [mbm] CEnnis91: hmm.. no
00:44 [mbm] also, you need to get off your ass and post the fxz
00:44 CEnnis91 yea found it in the latest "official leak" for the gnexus
00:44 CEnnis91 yea
00:44 CEnnis91 i know
01:56 CEnnis91 [mbm]: im having my windows partition on my laptop auto mount on boot, is there anything else i should desperately need for ntfs other then "rw,auto, exec, user" in options, i had an fmask and dmask last time around, but i dont really think it was needed
01:56 CEnnis91 (in fstab)
01:57 [mbm] that'd probably do it
01:58 CEnnis91 what about async vs sync
01:58 CEnnis91 i frequently will just read from it, rather then write, so async?
01:58 [mbm] leave it at the default, you don't need sync unless you're planning on suddenly killing the power and yanking the drive
01:59 CEnnis91 so then default, user?
01:59 [mbm] yep
01:59 CEnnis91 okay

02:10 CEnnis91 odd, when i used the uuid of the drive, it seemed to get detected twice by the system
02:10 CEnnis91 but when i used the path, it didnt

10:41 [mbm] interesting
10:41 [mbm] last I looked the latest version was .14 for the 8g which more or less only removed golf
10:43 dproldan here's some explanation about the version numbers
10:43 dproldan http://www.androidpolice.com/2012/05/01/motorolas-motoactv-watch-gets-an-update-to-version-6-12-or-6-13-but-not-all-devices-are-equal/
10:46 [mbm] that really doesn't explain a damn thing
10:47 dproldan heh,  follow the links
10:49 [mbm] http://wiki.opticaldelusion.org/wiki/Motoactv/firmware .. I haven't updated that page in weeks and the only thing that's changed is that there's now Blur_Version.5.6.14.Motorola-F100.Retail.en.US for the 8g
10:49 [mbm] and there's no matching change on the 16g

23:01 [mbm] .
23:02 dproldan ..
23:02 [mbm] sup?
23:03 dproldan been bugging the guys at #motomagic,  trying to build cm7 again...
23:03 [mbm] ah.
23:05 dproldan I've been explaining them all the steps I'm taking.  no errors so far.  but it still doesn't boot
23:08 dproldan I still don't get it about the libraries.
23:09 dproldan the android build environment must build the libraries it needs,  yes?
23:09 dproldan why are so many proprietary .so files in there?
23:27 [mbm] aosp only contains the bare essentials, often things like hardware video acceleration, 3d and sensors require custom/proprietary libraries
23:32 dproldan I'd be happy with the essentials at this moment  :-)
23:34 [mbm] you should also be looking at logcat to see what the bootup errors are
23:35 dproldan it doesn't get to adb.  I'm afraid
23:36 dproldan I must be missing something bigger
23:40 [mbm] well, now you need to figure out exactly how far it did get
23:41 [mbm] are you using a stock kernel or did you compile your own?
