15:47 plicease anyone know what ever happened to cpantesters.  The log matrix seems to work, but since you can't see the detailed reports that is of limited usefulness

17:07 jberger try fast-matrix?
17:07 jberger the matrix wasn't an official project IIUC
17:07 jberger also note that preaction is in the process of revamping lots of things
17:08 jberger (as new owner)
19:10 plicease fast matrix is what i was referring to ... it doesn't give me the detailed log and so only tells me that there are failures, and how many but not why
19:11 plicease I think related, i used to get an email with failures, which I am not getting anymore.
19:16 plicease "log matrix" is what i meant by "matrix via log.txt" which is  on fast-matrix.cpantesters.org
21:38 a3f I am writing a REPL around FFI::Platypus, so you can inject a dll into some process and then peek/poke with perl. For that to smoothly work, I'd need to trap access violations happening in ffi_call. Is there an interest in adding this kind of code to FFI::Platypus?
21:39 plicease possibly!
21:40 a3f Ok, for now it's good enough to reload the perl interpreter on sigsegv, but when the rest is more feature complete, I'll consider sending in a patch
21:40 plicease definitely
21:41 plicease it sounds intersting I'd just like to evaluate
21:42 a3f Some years ago I used a tool called mmbbq, which did that. It was nice whie reversing games. You attach it to the process and then functions you find while lstepping through the debugger can be prototyped immediately
21:43 a3f This was all happening in a separate thread. And usually, the errors were pretty self contained (passed an int instead of a pointer or forgot an argument so did an invalid read) and longjmp to the start of the loop was enough to fix it
21:57 plicease i am interested in your REPL too if you have it somewhere
22:00 a3f I'll let you know, when I upload it.
