20:25 kim__ anyone know where i can get opensso 8?
20:26 balo i think there is the last open source version in the FR repo
20:27 balo you can compile it
20:27 balo or you can download the last patchset from oracle if you have support forit
20:30 kim__ found the source, thanks!
20:31 kim__ Or is there any ways to convert a backup from opensso 8 for import to openam 10?
20:32 balo i don't think so. you should reconfigure it on the console or with ssoadm
20:33 kim__ the plan was to get opensso up and running and go trough the console and set up the same configuration in openam
20:34 kim__ the backup was not easy to read
20:37 balo yep. however you should prefer the setup with scripts so if you have to reinstall you don't have to clickin' around
20:43 kim__ thanks for the tips
20:54 kim__ would it be possible to convert a backup to a setup-script?
20:58 balo idk, sry. mabye you could if you have a plenty of time :D
21:00 aldaris everything is possible, but probably would take a lot of time
21:01 aldaris things have changed between 9 and 9.5 in the services
21:01 aldaris so that is true for 8 as well
21:02 aldaris you would have to dig a lot to figure out all the differences in order to fix your export
21:02 kim__ so get opensso 8 up and running seems to be the fastes way to go for
21:40 * balo is reading http://sources.forgerock.org/browse/~br=trunk/openam/trunk/openam/openam-authentication/openam-auth-jdbc/src/main/java/com/sun/identity/authentication/modules/jdbc/JDBC.java?r=3169
21:41 balo in line 309 there is an AMLoginModule#storeUsernamePasswd call
21:41 balo the javadoc of the method: "Stores user name password into shared state map this method should be called after successfull authentication by each individual modules."
21:42 balo it's clearly not called after the successful auth as I see
21:42 balo http://download.forgerock.org/downloads/openam/javadocs/internal/com/sun/identity/authentication/spi/AMLoginModule.html#storeUsernamePasswd(java.lang.String, java.lang.String)
21:42 aldaris you know where JIRA is :)
21:43 balo yep :) i should revisit the hashtransform jdbc patch too
