10:41 aivo hello. does anyone have figures for OpenAM performance at their environments. Like auths/sec ... we are getting about 20 auths/sec ... I wonder if this is something reasonable or are we missing something big
10:43 asyd what are your needs?
10:47 aivo well, we are just doing tests to see what the maximum figures are in our env

10:51 aivo aldaris: hello. is 20 auths/sec for OpenAM normal or is it considered bad performance?
11:03 aldaris that is pretty much terrible
11:05 aivo :P
11:05 aivo yeah. I figured too :)

16:03 awkwords is their anyway to get verbosity on the configurator tool?
16:03 awkwords ava -jar openam-configurator-tool-11.0.0.jar -f server.config
16:03 awkwords Configuration failed!
16:03 awkwords /openam/setup/setSetupProgress
16:08 aldaris nope
16:08 aldaris the tool just POSTs to the OpenAM server, and prints out the response

19:57 balo hi
20:07 balo aldaris: how anonymus auth module works exactly? we have a setup where in an auth chain there is an anon auth module with default user set to '<nobody>'. but this <nobody> user isn't in the datastore at all. and afaik there is a max session count limit per user (5 by default?). How this setting ignored when doing anonymus login? ofc I'm looking at the source but the module hasn't got callbacks xml at all. I'm a little confused now :)

20:48 balo aldaris: could you have a look at this? http://irclog.perlgeek.de/openam/2014-01-29#i_8194441 thanks
20:55 aldaris hehe
20:55 aldaris the anonymous user needs to have a profile
20:55 aldaris doesn't really make sense though, since everyone will be able to modify it, but still it is needed in required user profile mode
20:56 aldaris the max session count limit only works if session quota is actually enabled..
20:57 balo i see. i tried to search for <nobody> user in the ldap but I hadn't find it
21:00 balo is it stored in the cfg store or the user store with the rest of the users? how can I find it without a proper dn?:D
21:01 balo I tried to filter with uid=*nobody* in the whole ldap but no luck
