13:28 pfreixes hi mates
13:29 pfreixes is there a way to run openam server with debug logs ?
13:29 MegaMatt Yes, of course
13:29 MegaMatt It should be in the documentation
13:29 MegaMatt Or even on the wiki
13:29 pfreixes Oks I'm gonna look for this
13:29 MegaMatt try https://wikis.forgerock.org/confluence/display/openam/Collect+debug+log+files+from+OpenAM
13:30 pfreixes MegaMatt: it looks good, I'm gonna try
13:30 pfreixes thks
13:30 MegaMatt np

15:08 pfreixes aldaris: at end I've executed env.toString() when one Policy class made by me is executed by OpenAM
15:08 pfreixes it returns nothing
15:08 aldaris who performs the policy evaluation and how?
15:09 pfreixes the evaluation is done by OpenAM, and I got the evaluation using a JSON api
15:10 aldaris ws/1/entitlement?
15:10 pfreixes ¡yes
15:10 aldaris then probably that's the problem
15:10 pfreixes the Policy condition is a copy of the policy sample gave by openam source code
15:11 pfreixes it checks that username has a lenght greater than a number
15:11 pfreixes but I've put a log to get env parameters
15:11 pfreixes and it shows nothing
15:11 pfreixes only a empty dictionary
15:11 pfreixes whichi is the problem ?
15:12 pfreixes about ws/1/entitlement ?
15:12 aldaris you should be able to provide envmap parameters to the REST interface
15:12 aldaris the JSON interface is a bit buggy really
15:12 pfreixes umm
15:13 pfreixes I'm gonna try to give env parameters
15:13 pfreixes but remember
15:13 pfreixes that I asked for get the source url target that it is evaluated
15:13 pfreixes it is a implicit variable in policy evaluation
15:14 aldaris it is when you use PLL
15:15 pfreixes sorry for my cultureless but what does PLL mean ?
15:16 aldaris see /openam/policyservice
15:16 aldaris an XML over HTTP interface
15:17 pfreixes Oks I think that I've got it
15:17 pfreixes then, the only way to get the URL is give it using env parameters
15:17 pfreixes using the ws/1/entitlement
15:18 aldaris don't know, haven't checked the source
15:18 pfreixes I'm gonna try
15:24 pfreixes aldaris: I've got env parameters, JSON looks to work fine about this
15:24 pfreixes I can try to give the "url" using a env parameter
15:25 pfreixes however ws/1/entitlement gets multiple env parameters with same variable name
15:26 pfreixes like env=...&env=.... it is a bit unmanageable by some http python libraries

15:34 pfreixes My last line was not true, I can do this with requests
15:34 pfreixes s/requests/python-requests/
15:35 pfreixes json api looks to be enoguth for my needs

20:17 Scient any ideas how to debug  "An internal authentication error has occurred.", because none of the logs i can see have any useful output
20:17 Scient that would be tomcat logs, debug logs and openam logs
21:23 ibenox joined #openam
21:28 aldaris1 Scient, one of those should have some useful content
21:28 aldaris1 internal error mostly refers to JSP compilation errors which should be visible in container logs
