10:45 tsmalmbe1 Hi, exactly what is "nspr error -5961"
10:45 tsmalmbe1 context: iis webagent
10:47 tsmalmbe1 arf. remove the hyphen (minus) from the number and google gives results.
10:47 tsmalmbe1 the answer is "The agent has timed out waiting for a response from the Access Mnager server" (sic)

11:18 Diar Morning all, from the openam api, how would you work out the expiration time of the password to display a "your password will expire in x days" message ?
11:19 jjpp openam api does not deal with password expiration, IIRC, it is rather the question of your identity database/backend, I guess.
11:21 Diar So its an opendj backend but the front end does not have direct access authorisation and identity is through openam
11:22 Diar How does the password reset screen get called when your password expires via the IDM screens ?
11:23 jjpp ldap authentication module does recognize the answer from opendj that says that the password needs to be changed.

12:31 Diar How is that passed in the API
12:32 Diar and is is that not included with the OpenDJ module?
12:42 jjpp how is what passed in which api?
12:46 Diar OpenAM
12:46 Diar If its passed by the LDAP module it must be passed in the API as how else would the DAS know ?
12:49 jjpp first of all.. where did the DAS come?
12:49 jjpp and then.. DAS gets callbacks and submits user responses. LDAP auth module asks for password change using these callbacks.
12:49 aldaris Diar you sound awfully a lot like a customer :)
12:50 jjpp DAS does not know or does not have to know the meaning of those callbacks.
13:00 * jjpp thinks . o O ( and now for something completely different..  )
13:01 jjpp aldaris: a customer-question from me as well: is there a way to force ldap module to ask for password again instead of failing fast in case of wrong password? :)
13:02 * jjpp thinks . o O ( probably not. as far as I understood from the code. )
13:04 aldaris have the same LDAP module in the chain again, and make the first one sufficient?
13:13 jjpp hm, okay. that is probably something that I don't want to do. and that would mean that it won't do it repeatedly, I guess?
