10:56 Fid Hi, does anyone know where the community repository have been migrated to? It used to be (Well still is) on SVN at svn.forgerock.org/openam/trunk/openam/community/* but as FR has moved to Git/Bitbucket now is this still the correct repo?

12:21 jamiebowen Hi @Fid - you were asking about the migration of the community areas of SVN and their migration to GIT?
12:45 MegaMatt Check https://stash.forgerock.org/projects
12:48 Fid Hi jamiebowen, yes was wondering where they are now as can't find them in stash.forgerock.org/projects
12:48 Fid Thanks MegaMatt, I had a look, but can't find them in the bitbucket repo
12:49 MegaMatt What are you looking for specifically?
12:49 MegaMatt I didn’t read the initial request
12:51 Fid openam/community/extensions/seraphprovider
12:52 Fid I've found an old version in the SVN repo, but am struggling to get it to build, so wondered if there was an updated version in the GIT repo
12:56 jamiebowen There isn't I'm afraid. Because we had no idea what was useful and what wasn't in the old svn community area we decided to take the lazy route and wait until someone asked us. Happy to migrate useful stuff from svn to bitbucket/git as required.

12:57 jamiebowen Would you like us to migrate the seraphprovider project over to our bitbucket/stash server? Obviously it still might not build, but if you're intending to develop it any further or fix it then we need to migrate it to git and pop it on our bitbucket server.

13:05 Fid Yer, that might be a good idea, let me keep playing with it and if I manage to get it to build (Then my updates might be worth something), we can move it over.
13:06 jamiebowen Problem with that approach will be that your changes will be lost. If we migrate it now, then you fork & clone the git repo, if you do get it working you only need to commit your changes, push and create a Pull Request... I'll see what it'll take to get it migrated over for you.
14:00 jamiebowen Fid: OK, we're going to do the migration of that project for you either today or tomorrow. It should be done sometime on Monday. We will migrate it to live here; https://stash.forgerock.org/projects/COM
14:15 Fid wonderful, cheers for that

14:29 jamiebowen No problem. Hope you get it working. Have you worked with any of our git repos before?
14:34 jamiebowen You can log into that stash server with a backstage account. If you do that you can fork the repository, then clone it to your machine, modify, push to your fork and create a Pull Request. However, as you're interested in this repository I think it might make sense if you were the 'custodian' of the repository. Would you mind? That would mean you'd be responsible for the project. It would mean you could push directly to the project
14:34 jamiebowen , or choose to accept code into the project by Pull Request etc.
14:57 Fid Yer, that would be fine. I've not done much with the FR Git repo's except pull down the code but happy to look after this part of it if Allan Foster or Jeff Schenk isn't around anymore. My backstage id (if you need it) is MarkVZ
15:00 Fid (Or Steve Ferris - seen that he acutally did the first cut of it)
15:27 jamiebowen What is the project?
15:28 jamiebowen I don't know anything about it.
15:28 jamiebowen Ah, have found a readme.
15:42 jamiebowen Fid: Just had a chat with Mr Ferris... he said we tried to use it, but with more recent atlassian stuff it broke other integrations and we now use an Atlassian saml plugin to give us SSO to our atlassian systems. If you want to have a crack at getting it going though you're welcome but think it will be down to you to be owner of the git repo.
