08:33 FireBurn|Work Morning folks
08:33 asyd morning
08:34 FireBurn|Work I tried building OpenAM 11.0.3 yesterday but the build couldn't pull down forgerock-ui-user
08:37 FireBurn|Work I think I've hit a brick wall with OpenAM 13
08:37 FireBurn|Work Policies don't seem to work
08:37 aldaris Good morning
08:37 aldaris not even after 8531?
08:38 FireBurn|Work Not even after that
08:39 asyd just curious, i have a question about spnego (sorry it's not really related to openam ;p) do you known if the user browser send the complete user kerberos token? i'm wondering if I can forward the user kerberos to another service
08:39 FireBurn|Work I'm not tlaking about importing and exporting either, they simply didn't seem to allow anyone access
08:39 aldaris haven't heard of such a bug, it really ought to work
08:39 aldaris how did you verify it?
08:40 FireBurn|Work I created a policy that allowed any authenticated user access to site site/* and site/*?*
08:40 FireBurn|Work I had debugging on
08:40 FireBurn|Work I could see it was matching the policy
08:40 FireBurn|Work But it was still rejecting it
08:40 aldaris can you export the policy with the REST API?
08:41 FireBurn|Work I exported using the web interface and couldn't even reimport
08:41 FireBurn|Work I couldn't get a simple policy to work
08:42 aldaris curl -X GET \
08:42 aldaris 'http://idp.example.com:8080/openam/json/policies?_queryFilter=true' \
08:42 aldaris -H 'iplanetdirectorypro: adminsession'
08:42 aldaris can you export your policies like this^^?
08:43 FireBurn|Work I could try
08:46 FireBurn|Work Do I need to pass an authentication token too?
08:46 aldaris adminsession ID in the header, yes
08:55 FireBurn|Work What do I need to add to get it to show from a realm
08:57 FireBurn|Work Got it
08:59 FireBurn|Work https://pastebin.com/4N1bJSVb
09:27 aldaris joined #openam
09:30 aldaris and you are trying to access that service as 000140 ?
10:03 FireBurn|Work Sorry just been in a team meeting
10:03 FireBurn|Work We're dropping OpenAM 13
10:03 FireBurn|Work We'll upgrade form OpenSSO 8 to OpenAM 11.0.3 comunity edition
10:04 FireBurn|Work We've faced too many issues with 13 and and forgerock's change of stance on open sorce has us a little worried
10:04 FireBurn|Work We only have two users of the product and one of them will be gone within the year
10:06 FireBurn|Work We were hoping to show off OpenAM 13 as a product more applications could use for authentication and promote it to other parts of the business
10:06 FireBurn|Work So I guess my next question is where can I get forgerock-ui-user?
10:17 HelgeO joined #openam
10:25 FireBurn|Work and will Web Policy Agent 4 work with OpenAM 11?
10:29 aldaris should, yes
10:43 FireBurn|Work I've figured out the issuewith forgerock-ui-user, it's looking for 1.0.1 when it needs 11.0.13, I'll send a pull request now
10:54 aldaris isn't 11.0.13 13's version though?
11:02 MegaMatt joined #openam
11:24 FireBurn|Work Good question
11:39 FireBurn|Work I don't suppose you have a magical script to make comunity edition build do you?
12:04 aldaris joined #openam
12:05 aldaris it is meant to be buildable
12:08 jamiebowen joined #openam
12:08 jamiebowen Hi FireBurn
12:09 jamiebowen Community Edition should build, but we've been stuck on getting the CE version of OpenDJ to build. I've just fixed it, so now working on fixing up OpenAM CE. Should have binaries available soon. If binaries were available would you use them or do you need to build from source?
12:28 aldaris joined #openam
12:49 FireBurn|Work I need to be able to build from source
12:49 FireBurn|Work I'm slowly pulling in the things I need
12:49 FireBurn|Work I'm stuck on i18next as I can't find the 1.5.8 version
12:49 jamiebowen Which version are you trying to build now?
12:51 FireBurn|Work This is the pre-reqs to building forgrock-ui 1.0.1
12:51 FireBurn|Work I'm trying to build a script similar to aldaris one but for the comunity version
12:51 FireBurn|Work I've fount 1.5.8
12:51 jamiebowen You shouldn't need that as we've created an open repository that the build should pull artifacts from
12:55 jamiebowen It doesn't quite build yet though - OpenDJ dependencies aren't met yet. Should work soon though.
12:57 FireBurn|Work Could not transfer artifact org.forgerock.commons.ui:forgerock-ui-user:pom:1.0.1 from/to forgerock-internal
12:57 FireBurn|Work So I was building it manually sourcing each of its deps
12:58 FireBurn|Work Which is a royal pita
12:59 jamiebowen Yeah, we don't want CE users to have to do that.
13:04 FireBurn|Work Do you have forgerock-ui-user 1.0.1 somewhere?
13:07 jamiebowen I'm not hitting that dependency yet - I can't find it in our community repo. I'll get there though.
13:08 FireBurn|Work If you're still working on OpenDJ that'll be why
13:18 jamiebowen DJ now builds
13:23 FireBurn|Work Whoop
13:27 gbuxton1 joined #openam
13:53 FireBurn|Work Did you push those DJ fixes?
13:53 gbuxton1 left #openam
13:53 FireBurn|Work Non-resolvable parent POM for org.forgerock.ce.opendj:opendj-server:2.6.4: Could not find artifact org.forgerock.ce.opendj:opendj-project:pom:2.6.4 in forgerock-community-repository
13:54 FireBurn|Work 'parent.relativePath' points at wrong local POM @ line 37, column 11 -> [Help 2]
14:03 FireBurn|Work I think opendj-project might need to be 2.6.11
14:05 FireBurn|Work Pul request sent for that one
14:07 FireBurn|Work [checkstyle] /apps/was/OpenDJ/src/server/org/opends/server/util/server2x/Adapters.java:9: Line does not match expected header line of '^ \* You can obtain a copy of the license at$'.
14:07 FireBurn|Work [checkstyle] /apps/was/OpenDJ/src/server/org/opends/server/util/server2x/Converters.java:9: Line does not match expected header line of '^ \* You can obtain a copy of the license at$'.

14:11 FireBurn|Work I've removed the header check
14:28 FireBurn|Work Get quite a lot of errors in the tests mostly to do with SSLHandshakeException(java.security.cert.CertificateException: Certificates does not conform to algorithm constraints
14:33 FireBurn|Work Sha1 certs :/
14:48 FireBurn|Work Do you know what command I need to skip the tests? The usual -DskipTests isn't doing the trick
15:58 FireBurn|Work https://github.com/FireBurn/xui-libs
16:05 FireBurn|Work Also sent another pull request so OpenAM uses org.forgerock.ce.opendj rather than org.forgerock.opendj-ce
16:09 FireBurn|Work Got a lot further that time, now stuck on missing org.forgerock.json.resource:pom:1.2.2
16:17 FireBurn|Work Bumped to v 1.3.0
16:20 FireBurn|Work Nearly there openam-auth-deviceprint-scripts missing now
16:26 jamiebowen 1.2.2 is now in the repo
16:42 FireBurn|Work Super will let you know if that builds
16:57 FireBurn|Work Could not transfer artifact org.forgerock.ce.openam:openam-shared:jar:11.0.3
17:06 FireBurn|Work Build Sucess :D
17:20 aldaris joined #openam
17:27 jamiebowen Good man. Y
17:28 jamiebowen I'm not so very far off. Takes time to build all the dependencies and push them to our repo though. forgerock-ui stuff should be in the repo now.,
17:28 jamiebowen forgerock-ui-user 1.0.1 that is.
17:29 jamiebowen How did you get around that? You couldn't have found it anywhere as I've only just built it?
17:32 FireBurn|Work I did the one for forgerock-ui-public checked out 1.0.1
17:33 FireBurn|Work That's what I said was a right pita
17:33 jamiebowen Ah, you're doing my job for me. :-)
17:33 jamiebowen I'm doing the same, changing all the groupids and pushing to our community repo.
17:37 FireBurn|Work Take a look at the github pull request I sent in
17:37 FireBurn|Work Migth save you some time if you've not already made those changes I've sent in
17:38 jamiebowen I saw that. I've made those changes already, but do appreciate your effort!
17:39 jamiebowen What time zone are you in?
17:39 FireBurn|Work GMT
17:39 FireBurn|Work So hometime
17:39 jamiebowen Ah, me to.
17:39 FireBurn|Work Or is it BST?
17:39 FireBurn|Work I'm going to leave on a high of having OpenAM built
17:40 FireBurn|Work I can suffer the pain of it not working properly tomorrow
17:40 jamiebowen Good plan! I'm going to check in what I've done before opening a cold can of cider :-) Have a good evening!
17:41 FireBurn|Work But least 11 will work with importing and exporting xml for the policies and work with referal policies
17:41 FireBurn|Work You too
17:41 FireBurn|Work No doubt chat tomorrow
