18:15 armadillu I'm finding some in windows; trying to create an app with project generator outside the OF folder

18:18 admsyn yeah, usually you just have to wack-a-mole with all the paths

18:18 armadillu yep, im trying to setup OF as a git submodule; and to have the apps outside the OF Folder

18:19 armadillu on osx, project generator allows me create a new project wherever and the paths are all fine and works
18:19 armadillu but now on VS it just works if you create the new project in OF/Apps/yourApp

18:21 admsyn yeah you might just need to find the windows equivalent of OF_PATH
18:21 armadillu i managed to fix by setting the right paths in the vcproj file
18:21 armadillu but then when i compile, it cant find ofMain.h
18:21 armadillu yep that's where I am going; for what i've seen in VS the paths are inherited from the parent project (OF.vcproj)
18:22 armadillu and those paths fully are defined in OF.vcproj (../../libs/ etc)

20:02 readywater Small question which I've not been able to find elsewhere: I'm attempting to broadcast a UDP packet to anything that's connected to the LAN, and from how I understand things (which may be incorrect), that shouldn't require a target address in the connection/bind method from ofxNetwork's ofxUDPManager class.

22:12 pizthewiz Does ofxOSC support broadcast yet? If so, you could always send the JSON content in an OSC message as a string argument (or binary "blob" if you really felt compelled).

22:17 admsyn I didn't see any native sound access stuff which is a bit of a shame since I think reakinator was going to give that a shot when I heard about it forever ago
