17:02 josephwb hey jimallman
17:02 jimallman howdy
17:03 josephwb with the curator: seems if I type pg_2644 or just 2644 in the address bar i get the same thing
17:03 josephwb https://tree.opentreeoflife.org/curator/study/view/pg_2644
17:03 josephwb https://tree.opentreeoflife.org/curator/study/view/2644
17:04 josephwb what if a ot_XXX and pg_XXX have same studyid?
17:04 josephwb i.e. the XXX
17:11 josephwb does that make sense?
17:17 jimallman hrm, i don’t recall how this is handled.. guessing there’s a default prefix, but will check the api…
17:23 jimallman https://github.com/OpenTreeOfLife/peyotl/blob/c5457ee292afc10bdcbc460410e8de1c3b339a51/peyotl/phylesystem/git_actions.py#L51-L57
17:24 jimallman josephwb: looks like we treat simple numeric ids as legacy stuff from phylografter (eg, ‘123’ is interpreted as ‘pg_123’)
17:25 jimallman in my refactoring of peyotl, we’re talking about getting rid of this kind of behavior, since the pg studies should now have normal prefixed ids.
17:35 josephwb ok. just curious
