22:28 mohawk sivoais, i think our best way forward is time-based releases, or individual-feature-based, not "milestones"
22:28 mohawk since we have effectively very cheap releases (like a web service), there is no reason for us not to release 3 times a day

22:47 sivoais mohawk: I am going for a time based release. it's just that we need to know what is coming up in terms of tasks. It is assigning priorities not completion deadlines
