10:40 mohawk sivoais, chm, what do you think of converting PDL over to use EUMM's new XSMULTI feature?
10:40 mohawk i may already have a branch that implements this
12:35 mohawk i'll update it to 2.015 once i've finished bringing gimp-perl into this brave new world (and updated its Changes file to be correct)
13:43 mohawk gimp-perl 2.31_01 has been unleashed!
16:19 sivoais mohawk: can't talk much right now, but perhaps an e-mail to the list would be better? It looks like it would both speed up and simplify the build?
16:20 sivoais since you will only need one Makefile
17:15 chm joined #pdl
18:26 mohawk sivoais, that's the concept
18:26 mohawk hi chris
18:26 mohawk sivoais, it would however complicate the iceberg-splitting :-)
18:42 chm hi mohawk
18:42 chm I like the idea.  It is listed as experimental.  Maybe we could use it for PDLA?
18:43 chm mohawk, sivoais: at the moment I'm working on OpenGL stuff and looking at splitting out TriD for PDLA
18:43 chm The catch is that TriD uses OpenGL 1.x and will need to be updated to modern OpenGL.
18:44 chm mohawk, sivoais: I'm hoping to get a bug fix/stabilization PDL-2.016 out this month.
18:45 chm This would be a good time for folding the latest into PDLA.
18:45 chm I would like to work on the compute stuff but it doesn't make sense in the "resting" PDL master.
18:51 travis-ci PDLPorters/pdl#446 (master - 418b592 : Derek Lamb): The build passed.
18:51 travis-ci Change view : https://github.com/PDLPorters/pdl/compare/c9f08c8e7d02...418b592285dc
18:51 travis-ci Build details : https://travis-ci.org/PDLPorters/pdl/builds/125957959
19:10 mohawk chm, it's been in the works for about 18 months, i think it just means it might evolve
19:10 mohawk chm, i agree that 2.016 would be great to make a new PDLA for
