15:50 gtodd so to do low magic rperl one has to leave behind Moo and Moose et. al. ... any predictions about  p5-mop ? :-)

18:10 willthechill gtodd: RPerl has it's own low-magic OO system
18:10 willthechill it is inspired by Moo and Mouse, but is better because (of course) it can be compiled directly into C++ classes and objects
18:10 willthechill I've already talked to mst at great length about it, in the future we can enable Moo/Mouse/Moose support
18:11 willthechill here's our current RPerl OO class template file:

19:19 gtodd whoa .. great!
19:23 gtodd the coolest part about rperl is you install it with CPAN :-)  btw the cpnam command in the install instructions is a bit off I think it should be:  cpanm WBRASWELL/RPerl-1.000_002.tar.gz no?
19:24 gtodd (it reads cpanm WBRASWELL/RPerl-1.00_02.tar.gz  which doesn't work)
19:28 gtodd btw commandment 45 is a but scary (except for smartmatch) ... anyway one day maybe each commandment will be a link to examples good (thou shall) and bad (thou shall not).  cheers
19:28 gtodd and thanks for the cool stuff
