15:21 ugexe nine: off the top of your head can you think of why on rakudo blead on *windows* `perl6 -Ilib bin/zef --help` works but `zef --help` gives the 'ol windows "===SORRY!=== cannot rename whatever.tmp to whatever"
15:22 ugexe must have to do with the proc::async change... but I don't see any reason why
15:22 ugexe (its trying to rename a precomp file if `whatever` was not clear enough)

17:37 [Coke] having zef failures. 'zef install Bailador' says search for, then 2 lines of missing deps... then it hangs a bit and either returns saying nothing else, or gives me an explicit error occurred during fetch. if it says nothing, exit code is 0.
17:39 [Coke] could very well be $dayjob networking issues, but this used to work. any suggestions on debugging?
17:41 [Coke] wonder if it's the github issue reported by eveo in -dev
17:45 [Coke] (I can clone directly.... bah)
17:46 [Coke] if I run 'zef install -v Bailador' I also see "Fetching [OK]" for all the deps... and then it exits.

22:07 ugexe [Coke]: what perl6 -v ?
23:34 ugexe [Coke]: works ok for me on moar-blead... maybe you are still running one of the early proc refactor commits?
23:34 ugexe on osx
